Report: Warriors signing undrafted free-agent Dwayne Sutton out of Louisville
After apparently signing Kaira Wanamaker and Kent Bazemore in free agency, the Golden Condition Players weren’t done making addendums to their roster.
According to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports, players are signing undrafted free agent wing Dwayne Sutton from Louisville. Sutton will join Golden State’s rookie class which has No. 2 overall pick James Wiseman and second-rounder Nico Mannion.
After transferring from UNC Ashville in 2016, Sutton averaged 8.8 points on 46.2% shooting within the field with 6.6 rebounds and 1.3 helps with three seasons at Louisville.
Just like a senior in Chris Mack’s program, the 6-ft-5 wing matched his career-high from beyond the arc, averaging 35.4% on 2.6 attempts from extended distance.
