The Delhi High Judge on Wednesday determined that it is necessary to put on a face mask in the motor vehicle even though Driving Alone.
If the vehicle traverses through public places, there may be others who may risk exposure, the Court stated that.

The judgement was passed by a One Judge Bench of Proper rights Prathiba M Singh in a set of petitions challenging the imposition of fees on these Driving Alone within their cars while not using a face mask.
