Pakistan summons Indian envoy over ceasefire violation
Pakistan on Thursday called the Indian Charge d’Affaires here to lodge protest within the alleged firing through the Indian troops over the Type of Control that led to the killing of the Pakistani soldier and 2 civilians.
Director General (South Asia & SAARC) Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri called Indian Charge d’Affaires Gaurav Ahluwalia and registered “Pakistan’s strong protest within the alleged ceasefire violations through the Indian forces” in Rakhchikri Sector on April 29, Pakistan’s Foreign Office (FO) stated.
The Pakistan Army had claimed that the 34-year-old Pakistani soldier and 2 women were wiped out in firing allegedly through the Indian troops over the Type of Control (LoC) on April 29.
