David Letterman is asking out Mike Pence because of not putting on a mask throughout his Mayo Clinic visit, accusing the v . p . of “taunting” COVID-19 survivors and healthcare workers.

On Tuesday, Pence made an appearance to violate the Rochester, Minnesota, hospital’s policy by not putting on a mask throughout his tour of facilities supporting coronavirus research.

Talking with reporters following his visit, Pence stated he didn’t put on a mask while he was without the coronavirus and it was following CDC guidelines about putting on masks to avoid multiplication from the disease by individuals who’re have contracted it but might possibly not have signs and symptoms.

Letterman, however, states he was disgusted by Pence’s mask-less presence.

Letterman added: “In my experience, that’s just taunting those who are ill, to determine that guy in the $40 suit travelling within the Mayo Clinic with no mask.”

Letterman added that Pence is “particularly a thorn within my side while he was once the governor of Indiana,” the house condition from the television host.

Stern agreed with Letterman, saying Pence is not leading by example and it is delivering contradictory messages about whether Americans ought to be putting on masks or otherwise.
