Kate Bush was born in the rural town of Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, England on June 25th 1953. She is the eldest of four children and her mother, Judy Bush, was a music teacher. Kate’s father, Maurice Bush, ran a grocery shop.

Kate Bush was born on 15 July 1963 in London, England. She is the daughter of actor Denis Bush and actress Lynne Bush. Kate has three brothers: James, Robin and Edward. The family moved to West Sussex when Kate was young.
Bush started her career as a singer in 1982, when she formed the band The Kick with school friend Jackie Lomax. The Kick released one album before splitting up in 1984. Bush then formed a new band called Hounds of Love with drummer Nigel Harrison and bassist/vocalist John Taylor. The band released two albums through EMI Records before splitting up in 1986.
