Matt Barkley, the quarterback for USC Trojans, has had a decorated college career. He started all 38 games he played in while at USC and led the team to an appearance in the National Championship game in 2009. He was also a finalist for the Heisman Trophy that same year. He spent two seasons with Arizona before being traded to the Baltimore Ravens in 2014. He spent one season with Baltimore before being traded to the Cleveland Browns in 2016. He spent one season with Cleveland before being released in 2017. Barkley then signed with the New York Giants and retired from football after playing just one season with them.
Barkley started his career at USC as a backup quarterback behind Matt Leinart and Carson Palmer. He became a starter as a junior and led USC to an undefeated regular season and a victory over Notre Dame in the BCS National Championship Game.
