Migrants flown to Martha’s Vineyard have File a Case against Gov. DeSantis
A civil legal rights law practice filed a federal class action lawsuit suit on Tuesday against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis yet others for transporting around 50 immigrants from Dallas, Texas, to Martha's Winery, without shelter or sources in position.
The firm Lawyers for Civil Legal rights, with the migrant-brought nonprofit Alianza Americas, filed the suit with respect to the "Winery migrants and all sorts of similarly situated those who are fraudulently caused to visit across condition lines by DeSantis and also the Condition of Florida," the audience told NPR within an email.
