NEW DELHI: In welcoming the high-fashion model to “The Tonight Show,” host Jimmy Fallon began by congratulating Hadid “on expecting a baby.”
“Thank you so much,” Hadid said in the prerecorded interview. “Obviously, we wish we could have announced it on our own terms. But we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support.”
Reports have been circulating for days that Hadid, 25, and partner Zayn Malik, a former member of the band One Direction, are expecting a baby.

Reports have been circulating for days that Hadid, 25, and partner Zayn Malik, a former member of the band One Direction, are expecting a baby.
Gigi admitted that social distancing during pregnancy has been a “nice silver lining to be able to be home and together and to really experience it day by day.”
The supermodel has been sheltering in place at her family’s farm in Pennsylvania with the former One Direction crooner.

Gigi and Zayn, who began dating in November 2015, rekindled their romance in February after taking some time apart.
During the episode, Gigi also revealed she’s been craving everything bagels with cream cheese.
“In the morning, my family brought out everything bagel cake, which already blew my mind because my craving has been everything bagels. I eat an everything bagel a day, so I was so excited that my birthday cake was an everything bagel,” she said of the pregnancy cravings.
Before Gigi confirmed the pregnancy officially, her mother, Yolanda Hadid, shared her excitement.
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum said she was “excited to become an Oma in September,” adding, “We feel very blessed.”
