TORONTO – CX Solutions, a technology, consulting, and call centre organization, announced the introduction of the Stay-Connected™ digital mental health platform that enables practitioners and clients to connect remotely.
This platform leverages highly compliant technologies and dedicated services to help Canadians find the help they need during this unprecedented time of Covid-19.
The Stay-Connected™ (www.stay-connected.ca) platform and service are provided at no charge to mental health practitioners or clients. In the spirit of Mental Health week, Stay-Connected™ launched May 1, 2020 and will be piloting this service in the Algoma District.
Stay-Connected™ powered by the CX Solutions Centre of Excellence will be providing support through many channels including email, voice, and chat. The platform also offers several best practices and technical assistance in establishing virtual mental health services.
